If you are experiencing connection problems when sending emails please try the following steps:

- Launch Outlook.
- Click File select Accounts.
- Select your email account.
- Click the More Settings button under the Outgoing Server tab:
- The My outgoing server (SMPT) requires authentication checkbox should be CHECKED
- The Use same settings as my incoming mail server should be SELECTED
- click OK.
- The My outgoing server (SMPT) requires authentication checkbox should be CHECKED
If the issue continues to occur, change your SMTP port:
